One single quality concern accounted for 2 weeks lost production per annum and over a third of all scrap produced. This concern had been in place for 5 years with 10 separate Cartier Replica Watches dedicated attempts to close the concern with no success.

Objective

To dramatically reduce the downtime and scrap by bringing the concern under control.

Method

After numerous unsuccessful attempts to improve this long standing concern, SET were drafted in to analyse the problem fro a fresh perspective. Our initial task was to fully understand the concern, contributing factors, variables and constraints.

 

A full CAD layout was produced mapping various stages of the process showing best and worst case scenarios. This graphic highlighted several new areas of further investigation of which checks were subsequently made. During these new checks, one area proved to be the most telling where a seemingly unrelated upstream process was altered with dramatic results.

 

This impact proved definitive as the process was altered to mirror the Cartier Replica findings with immediate results seen.
